Post Requests (web forms) Restricted

Why Are POST Requests Restricted?
Our datacenter may restrict POST requests if it detects potential spam activity from unprotected website forms like contact forms, inquiry forms, or newsletter sign-ups. This prevents spammers from abusing the forms, which could lead to server IP blacklisting and email delivery issues. While this temporary restriction may block form submissions, meaning users/visitors may be unable to submit website forms, it is essential to protect the server’s reputation and prevent further exploitation.

What Needs to Be Done to Restore Functionality?
To prevent further abuse and lift the restriction on POST requests, all web forms on your website must be secured with CAPTCHA to block automated bots from submitting spam requests. Once CAPTCHA has been implemented on all forms, confirm with us, and we will request the datacenter to remove the restriction and restore normal web form functionality.

How This Affects Your Email Delivery
If spam activity continues, it can negatively impact email deliverability. If spammers attempt to send more than five emails to non-existent addresses, the server may assume your cPanel account is involved in spamming. As a result: Your outgoing email services may be blocked for one hour with following bounce message.
Your domain has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (5/5 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded.

For further assistance, please contact your developer to integrate CAPTCHA immediately.
