Website/Domain Reputation Cleanup Service

Sometimes your website may appear safe and fully functional but still get flagged as “harmful” or “unsafe” by major antivirus companies like Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, Bitdefender, and others listed on VirusTotal.com. This can also impact email delivery, your customers may be unable to email you if their outbound filters flag your domain, and your outgoing emails may be silently discarded by the recipient’s mail server if your domain is blacklisted by security vendors.

This usually happens when:
• Your website was previously infected and is now clean, but still blacklisted
• Poor or outdated code triggered false positives in automated scans
• Third-party tools or domains connected to your site were flagged

We offer a one-time website reputation cleanup service, handled by experienced security professionals who will deal directly with the security vendors on your behalf.

For a one-time fee of $50, we will:
• Check your website’s status on VirusTotal, MXToolBox, Sucuri and similar security databases
• Identify which antivirus vendors have flagged your site
• Contact and submit manual review requests (False Positive) to those vendors
• Follow up where needed to speed up the delisting or whitelisting process

What This Service Doesn’t Cover:
• We do not clean malware or remove malicious code from your website
• If your site is still infected, you must first fix the root cause (we can guide you separately)

Timeline:
Delisting may take minimum 3 to 7 working days, depending on how quickly the security vendors respond.
