Steps to follow for purge delete.

  1. Horde > Preferences > Mail > Deleting and Moving Messages.
  2. Tick the second checkbox “Move deleted messages to your trash mailbox instead of marking them as deleted in the current mailbox?”
  3. Save the changes.
  4. Select trash mailbox as deleted items.
  5. Tick the checkbox “Display the empty trash link in the menu bar?”
  6. Save the changes.
