We understand that renewal price changes can be concerning. Please note that any increase in renewal fees is not due to our own service charges. The main reasons are:
- Government Taxes – The PRA IT Service Tax (currently 5%) is applied by the government on IT services.
- Registrar Price Adjustments – Global registrars may revise domain prices (e.g., $1–$2 annual increments).
At Xperts, we do not increase our internal service charges. In fact, we carefully review each case and often apply discounts to keep your renewal cost as close as possible to the previous year.
Example: If last year’s renewal was Rs. 19,000 and this year external taxes/registrar increments add Rs. 2,000, we finalize the invoice at Rs. 21,000 without raising our service fee.
