This service is especially helpful when large amounts of email data, limited storage, internet connectivity, device configuration, or other technical issues make the migration difficult to manage independently.
Our Services Include:
- IMAP to POP3 Migration – Transfer email data from an IMAP-configured account to POP3.
- POP3 to IMAP Migration – Transfer locally stored POP3 email data to an IMAP-configured account, where technically supported.
- Local Email Data Backup – Download and store email data on your System, USB drive, or other local storage device for backup purposes.
Important Service Requirement:
Email migration and backup depend on factors such as data size, account configuration, internet connectivity, network environment, and device accessibility. While the service may be performed remotely where technically possible, certain cases may require the client to bring their device to the Computer Xperts office to complete the migration or local backup successfully.
Pricing:
A service fee of US$100 per email account applies for email migration, transfer, or local backup services. Any additional requirements or work beyond the standard service scope may be assessed separately.
